ABOUT US

Stock Hay Company is a fourth generation family farm located in southeastern Nebraska. We started producing quality alfalfa and other forages in the 1950’s to meet the demands of our own small dairy. By the late 1960’s the small dairy was out dated and it had to be revamped or closed. Willard and Wayne Stock made the decision to close the dairy and focus on alfalfa production for the local feedlot and other small dairy’s in the area. Over the years the forage business has grown from one small square baler and a straight truck to operating two 3x4 large square balers and shipping around 130 semi loads annually of forage on commercial trucks to many states. The operation has now been taken over by Andrew Stock (4^th generation).
